Many people may not understand the meaning of the phrase right to life. For that, I’ll give you one example. A beggar who needs to work every day begging just to meet daily needs have a right to live a very limited compared to the students on average who are abroad. What is this? Is the status of our overseas means we have a sufficient economic status? That’s not the point. Ownership rights of a person’s life is not assume, one’s physical ability, intelligence or someone.

Right to life is more known to people in developed countries is the right to an unborn baby to life. Establishment is opposed to abortion because, according to the families of persons with rights of life, people who are in the womb of the mother, including a baby. But in the case of Indonesia, the problem of the right to life has come back to the beginning again, where a person’s right to exist as oppressed by others and the political elite who did not spare their condition.

Base of the right to life which can be applied in Indonesia is the ability for someone to assume a life according to his own and can build unique characters in person. With that basis, we said the words that need a beggar, that is to get food, does not allow him to live with these advantages under their control. Maybe it’s just begging to have fishing talent, but because he was in Jakarta, the rivers are full of waste, beggars can not use that talent in making a living fishing.

So are the people who were born with defects. There are so many cases where disabled people are discriminated against in various ways. One example is not given work. They were forced out into the street with an attempt to live day by day. They may be a clever and nimble, but the job for them have been closed from the beginning when the employer knows that they are disabled. The laws that established the government did not help because no one looked at whether the laws are obeyed.

Even a lot of people are discriminated against minorities in Indonesia at the time that some of the new order is continued until the present. Indonesian people are not the origin of the Java and native-born are not allowed to enter the government or military. Although the chiefs or governors of provinces outside Java are held by people in their respective areas, the center of power still comes from Jakarta, which held under the families of the elite. Although these cases did not show urgency than the above case, this is one example that does not give us the space to explore our talents.

Because if we need to promote the rights of these people live? In life he had many ideas penetrated Darwinism, like a strong man who rose to top positions than a weak man. The simple reason is the “survival of the fittest.” So, people who are unable to climb the standard of living will remain under the social evolutionary ladder. Conversely, those who have risen to the top of the stairs would feel that he was outside of the law because they control so much power. So it is fitting for us, which on average is not in the elite classes, leaving those who are oppressed because of the definition we are also the people who are oppressed. For what help others if we ourselves can’t help ourselves?

As an Indonesia, we have an obligation to help our own country. We can assume that we are the ones who are more advanced than a lot of people in Indonesia. This progress is one of the basis of answers to why we need to help the families of the oppressed. In antiquity the ancient world acknowledge the existence of slavery. Slaves can be bought and sold like goods in the market. But in the Age of Enlightenment (Age of Enlightenment), the west end of slavery. Even so, there are some countries that still practice slavery, only abolished a few decades later.

Imagine if the people who have the opportunity to put an end to slavery did not do anything about it. Until now there may be still a very widespread slavery. But it did not happen, because they realize that they are thinking ahead should encourage people to come forward around with them. Many men prefer a state of “status quo” as it is very easy for someone to not do anything that is frustrating for him and received a state as a fact that is undeniable.

The difference with today is the nonexistence laws that protect the rights of the human person in general. Not even established laws to protect people, but to break the spirit of the people against the government at that time was feudalism or monarchy. Therefore, it is not easy for the pioneers about to try to establish laws that protect peoples without prejudice to the power possessed absolute rulers. Sometimes with difficulty, they should receive severe punishment because sanctions as traitors. But, finally they made it through the various hurdles to establish laws that protect people.

We as residents of the present has been given all rights to enforce the laws that have been created. And we have been given more than enough knowledge to decipher where the action is right and wrong. So there’s no reason why we do not do it as true. But, according to human nature, we are reluctant to avail yourself to the things that are judged to be useful for us. The reasons are many. Not all wrong. Only reason it was not used because it can not do these things, but not to do so. With a base that has been given in the third paragraph, we can not close one eye to events like this. One reason is that these cases will continue to walk along that no one tried to stop him. If all the Jews in Germany and Poland during the Third Empire (Third Reich) has been eradicated, then chances are there are people of another tribe or other religious forces targeted by the Gestapo. Therefore, we need to stop anything like this before they out of control.

If we feel oppressed by others, it’s because we already know what the meaning of human rights. In general, a lot of people who still do not understand why they live like this even though they did not ask about their situation. Over time, they will live by accepting all this because they think it is a fact that will not change for them. Little by little, they lose hope. If this happens, their existence as human beings are not meaningful. Hope is the only difference between humans and animals. Hope is the only thing that makes people who are oppressed and are in a difficult situation to live his life; in the hope that tomorrow will bring better conditions.

We can bring hope to the people around and also to ourselves by way of explaining to people about the importance of upholding the rights of human life that has been ravaged by political elites. It will not be easy, because political elites will seek to limit the actions of this kind in order to protect their power. However, who else can protect the rights of the people of Indonesia? Foreign countries can only put pressure on governments, like those of Iran, or North Korea, without invading and imposing their ideology on these countries.

It is our responsibility as people of Indonesia to carry out this important task. If we state that we are the people of Indonesia, we have been given the opportunity to bring our beloved country into the eyes of the world. We can prove that the State of Indonesia is not a poor or weak countries in education, but a country that cares for its people and develop a community of potential to advance our own country.

What is a human rights? Human rights are fundamental rights of every individual. Rights are divided into:

1. The right to life.
2. Right to be free from fear.
3. The right to work.
4. Right to education.
5. The right to obtain equality in the eyes of the law.
6. and so on.

Of all the rights the right to life is first and foremost. Without life all other rights would become worthless. When a person can not live any other rights he would automatically get.

So it’s almost all countries at least intend to violate human rights. The proof is almost no country that has no military. The military is an institution whose existence it had violated the right to life. Regardless of whatever they do. Loh, why the military violated the right to live? Therefore, all military members are trained to kill as efficiently as possible.

The military is designed to destroy the opponent’s military. All military members do not assume your opponent has the right to life. Because of state or government who founded, financed, and led the military. Automatically assumes the state also have ADA (even many) people who do not have the right to life. When the state assumes the right to not ‘exist’ is automatically violated the country.

When the military “really work and we will look at violations of the right to life. Not just on the battlefield. Even in the rear “.

We have already seen when the World War (PD) II. The Air Force is not just burn the military bases in Germany and Japan. But, also their cities like Dresden and Tokyo. We have seen efforts to make Germany an ally of hunger at the end of World War 1 and the American effort to make Japan’s hunger at the end of World War 2. It all is proof that the military does not care about the right to life. Military only care about the destruction of the opponent.

Is it realistic that we disband our military? Not at all. Once a country becomes a pacifist country became fully open to attack another country. As long as no other country that attacked all was fine. But, as no other country that attacked the country with no military need for help the United Nations or other countries to deploy troops to help him.

The country became a hypocrite because they do not want to violate human rights. But, get someone else to violate human rights on their behalf. Moreover there is no guarantee of action from the UN or other countries will be able to help the country. The country is also a de facto loss of sovereignty because they will depend on other countries in the field of defense and security.

Proven that most countries do not have a colony or protectorate of the military are other countries such as Grenada, Marshall Islands, Micronesian, and so on (see http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_without_armed_forces for complete data.) In conclusion the dissolution of the military institution is not realistic .

So, unwittingly, the majority of the world have agreed that every day they may violate the most fundamental of human rights. The majority of the world have agreed that the most important rule of human rights is not realistic.

Then why is the country’s human rights continue to shout? None other than it was just an attempt to make himself look superior, better, and holier than most of the world. Attempt to convince the world that he was entitled to become a world leader. Businesses still fail because until now there are many countries that do not care about the U.S..

Do not be so demanding but the Act is best for your life as long as you live in a society, that is where you will discover who you really are and your rights will remain intact as a human being.
